From this space 2025 will be the year where you have the tools to come back to your centre when self-sabotage kicks in, feel confident in moving through your comfort zone, and achieve the relationship, job, lifestyle, or health you keep promising to yourself.

The details 

Week 1 - Awareness and foundations - Understanding Self-Sabotage and the Role of the Nervous System. Polyvagal theory. Building awareness around self-sabotage patterns and foundational tools for nervous system regulation.

Week 2 - Embodiment & Emotional Freedom - Deepening the Connection with the Body and Emotions. This will involve practices that regulate your nervous system such as breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique, movement practices and meridian theory.

Week 3 - Exploring the Deeper Roots of Self-Sabotage - Compassionate self-inquiry. Unveiling and overcoming your sub-conscious patterns. The science of manifestation and how they work together.

Week 4 - Integration & Expansion - Moving Forward with Clarity and Resilience. Integrate the tools and practices to create sustainable change and break through limitations. Building a new narrative: aligning actions with values.

Meet Kavita

For years, I was trapped in a cycle of self-sabotage. No matter how hard I worked or how much I wanted change, something deep within me seemed to hold me back. I’d set goals, take a few steps forward, and then find myself procrastinating, doubting, or retreating. It wasn’t until I began to truly explore the root causes of these patterns that I realised they weren’t just habits—they were deeply ingrained beliefs, emotions, and fears asking for healing.

My own journey of transformation was far from easy, but it was profoundly rewarding. Through practices like breathwork, compassionate inquiry, yogic philosophy, and embodiment, I began to peel back the layers of self-doubt and uncover the person that I am today. I combined these tools with the power of transformational coaching, and the results changed my life. I found clarity, confidence, and a deep connection to my purpose—and now, I guide others to do the same.

Today, I help individuals like you break free from the grip of self-sabotage. Whether it’s through the power of breath to move stuck emotions, compassionate inquiry to uncover the "why" behind your patterns, or embodiment practices to reconnect you to your inner wisdom, I provide a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. My published research on psilocybin microdosing also led me to support others through psychedelic journeys and integration where legal.
