I tailor breathwork practices to meet your unique goal, developing personalised breathwork routines. I incorporate guided meditation and movement to enhance relaxation and cultivate present moment awareness. Breathwork can catalyse the release of stored emotions. I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore and process these experiences, offering guidance and support as you navigate your emotional landscape and integrate newfound insights into your life.
Breathwork for couples
Breathwork for couples provides a powerful avenue for partners to strengthen their bond and deepen their connection through synchronised breathing techniques. These sessions promote intimacy, communication, and mutual understanding as couples synchronize their breath and engage in shared experiences. Whether seeking to address relationship challenges or simply enhance their connection, breathwork offers couples a transformative space for growth, healing, and rejuvenation within their relationship journey.
Breathwork events
In person and online events is something I am passionate about. Breathwork in a group container can be a powerful experience. I collaborate with other wellbeing practitioners as well as curating interactive sessions that ignite the senses.
I really appreciated my inspiring breathwork session with Kavita. She did a really great job of prepping me for the session in advance which allowed me to find a space that worked for the work we would do. Given the intensity of the breathing, it was great to alternate between the deeper conscious connection breathing and the less intense styles I am used to. She signposted the times brilliantly which was really helpful to me to appreciate the progress.
Alongside this, her beautiful playlist helped me time my breathing, drift into my subconscious and feel deeper than I had been that week. By the end of the session, I felt relaxed, clear, and full of epiphanies that I am still working through.
